COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license grants the purchaser the right to use the purchased Divi layout files
for creating websites for themselves or their clients.

Allowed:
- Use the layout on unlimited websites owned by the purchaser.
- Use the layout to build websites for clients.
- Modify, customize, and adapt the layout.
- Use the finished websites for commercial purposes.

Not allowed:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the original layout JSON files.
- Include the layout files in another product, marketplace, bundle, or template library.
- Claim the original layout design as your own product.

Ownership:
The original layout files and design assets remain the property of
Lucas Lopvet.

Refunds

All sales are final. Divi5Lab products are digital goods delivered instantly as downloadable files, so we do not offer refunds. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying immediate access to digital content and waive any right to a refund. If a file is genuinely broken, fails to import, or you were charged in error, contact support@divi5lab.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right with a fix or a replacement file, not a cash refund. Pro plugin licenses renew yearly and can be cancelled anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals and the plugin keeps working without updates.

Privacy

Free converter plugins send nothing unless you turn on coverage sharing from the plugin's coverage panel. When you do, the plugin posts the product name and the names of the module or widget types it could not convert, at most once a week. No site address, page content, licence or personal data is included, and you can stop sharing from the same panel at any time.

Pro plugins send the licence key, the site address and the plugin and WordPress version numbers when you activate or deactivate a licence and when WordPress checks for updates. That is what a licence needs to work.

Accounts and purchases store your email address and what you bought. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never reach this site.
